Physical Therapy
Well, I started physical therapy today. I have so much pain from arthritis. My doctor decided to try that instead of giving me drugs. I am just so thankful that he does not seem to think it is the cancer coming back. GOD is truly AWESOME.
Today, I had a massage using tiny electrode probes to massage the muscles. She also massage my shoulders and then I did some knee exercises and then some more back exercises.
It lasted an hour, I have to admit I am not hurting right now. I go back Thursday. I will be going three times a week for a month.
